Sliding shutter motor

NOVAL provides motorised systems for sliding shutters made of timber, aluminium or PVC, for both residential and commercial properties. The NOVA SLIDE range is available in two versions, depending on what you’d like to receive:

• NOVA SLIDE Classic : a complete, ready-to-install system. Noval supplies the rail, the motor, the carriages, the return pulley and the 24 V power supply. All that remains is to fit the shutter.
• NOVA SLIDE Universal: the Motor unit only, which fits onto your sliding shutter rail. The motor unit is secured at the end of the rail using a dedicated connecting bracket for each profile. Solar-powered, controlled via smartphone without the need for a home automation hub, compatible with Somfy RTS.

In both cases, a single motor moves one or two leaves, with soft start and soft stop, and anti-pinch protection. The mechanism is built into the rail, beneath a cover (optional), for a discreet front.

NOVA SLIDE Classic

• Supply of the complete motorised system: rail, motor, carriages, power supply, fixings
• Supplied ready to fit: the shutter attaches directly to the rail
• Raw aluminium cover, to be painted or finished in a RAL colour
• Simple control via a wired switch or Somfy RTS / RTS+IO

NOVA SLIDE Universal

• You keep your standard rail: only the motor unit is added
• Option to motorise an existing manual sliding shutter, requiring very little modification
• No electrical connection required thanks to the available solar power supply
• Control via iNOV: Configuration, diagnostics and updates via a smartphone, without a home automation hub
• Supplies reduced to the bare essentials: a cost-effective solution

NOVA SLIDE Classic

• Complete motorised rail, adaptable to different shutter widths
• 1 or 2 panels, side-hinged or symmetrical
• 24 V power supply – solar power optional
• Wired control, Somfy RTS or RTS+IO
• Optional electric lock

NOVA SLIDE Universal

• 1 leaf up to 3,000 mm or 2 leaves up to 1,500 mm, 100 kg per motor
• Stroke up to 10 m, compact motor unit 190 × 75 × 52 mm
• 7 W solar panel on the cover and built-in battery: 10 days’ battery life without sunlight (2 cycles per day). 12 V mains power supply available
• iNOV two-way radio: Noval remote control with status feedback, smartphone app
• Compatible with Somfy RTS, RTS+IO and TaHoma® boxes
• Wired control and dry contact for building management systems (GTC / GTB)
• Compatible rail systems: Ehret, Cola Group, Profils Systèmes, Technal; other rail systems subject to assessment
• Optional mechanical lock, manually disengageable

NOVA SLIDE Classic if you would like to receive a complete, ready-to-install system for a new build.

NOVA SLIDE Universal if you already manufacture or fit your shutters on a standard rail, if you are motorising an existing manual shutter, or if no cable can be run to the shutter.
