FAQ

Have you successfully unlocked the security system? Press the up and down buttons on the remote control for 8 seconds until you hear a double beep, which means that the motor is unlocked. You can now use the motor.

In this case, there are 4 possibilities: Either there is no battery left in the remote control, or there is a problem connecting the electronic box, or the batteries are completely flat, or the remote control is unpaired:

  1. When you press the remote control button, a light should come on on the remote control. If not, replace the remote control battery. If a light does come on, continue with step 2.
  2. Test the other remote if you have one.
  3. Open the cover of the master motor unit.
  4. Briefly press the Prog/Reset button.
    a. If the LED lights up blue, the remote controls may be out of sync. Click here to find out how to pair your remote control.
    b. If nothing happens, the batteries may be completely flat or there may be a connection problem. Check the connections and, if you have a multimeter, test the voltage of the batteries on both the master and slave motor units. The voltage of each battery should be above 12V. If this is not the case, leave the batteries to charge. If the batteries no longer charge sufficiently to operate correctly, replace the batteries on each motor unit. The reference of the batteries to be installed is: 12V 7AH (type NX AMP9037).

The LED flashes red and the beep indicates a 3-step error code. This code identifies the problem encountered by the actuator.

Go to Troubleshooting instructions here to find the meaning of the error codes.

Can't identify the problem? Make a video of the error and send it to us using the form below. We'll help you solve your problem.

This means that your motorisation's battery is too low to operate. If you have a charger, plug it in. If not, make sure the solar panel is well exposed to the sun and wait for the sun to charge the batteries.

If the batteries are no longer sufficiently charged to operate correctly, replace the batteries in each motor unit. The reference of the batteries to be installed is: 12V 7AH (type NX AMP9037).
