Have you successfully unlocked the security system? Press the up and down buttons on the remote control for 8 seconds until you hear a double beep, which means that the motor is unlocked. You can now use the motor.
In this case, there are 4 possibilities: Either there is no battery left in the remote control, or there is a problem connecting the electronic box, or the batteries are completely flat, or the remote control is unpaired:
The LED flashes red and the beep indicates a 3-step error code. This code identifies the problem encountered by the actuator.

This means that your motorisation's battery is too low to operate. If you have a charger, plug it in. If not, make sure the solar panel is well exposed to the sun and wait for the sun to charge the batteries.
If the batteries are no longer sufficiently charged to operate correctly, replace the batteries in each motor unit. The reference of the batteries to be installed is: 12V 7AH (type NX AMP9037).
